Lotons wish to congratulate the recipients of the 7-Eleven - Lotons Award for Excellence in Stocktake Preparation 2003. The winners are 7-Eleven Clarinda in Victoria, 7-Eleven Penshurst in New South Wales and 7-Eleven Kirra in Queensland.

Lotons Director, Greg Schooneveldt, presented the Victorian award to Clarinda franchisees Vinod & Chandra Kumar. The Kumars have operated their Clarinda store for eleven years and their experience is reflected in the superb presentation of their store.

James Walker, Lotons NSW Operations Manager, presented the New South Wales award to Penshurst franchisee Michael Ling Hao Bai and his wife May.

In support of the award, Russel Withers, 7-Eleven Director and Warren Wilmott, 7-Eleven CEO kindly attended the presentation to congratulate Michael and May for their efforts.

Lotons QLD Operations Manager, Susan Bull presented the Queensland award to Kirra franchisee Jeanette & Murray Angus. Recipients receive a plaque and a gift voucher.

The Lotons Award for Excellence in Stocktake Preparation is presented annually to the best 7-Eleven store in each State, as voted by the Lotons’ stocktake Supervisors. Lotons looks for stores that, in readiness for their quarterly stocktake, are neat, clearly marked and well organised.

Stocktake speed and accuracy is as much dependent on store preparation as it is on the competence of the stocktake team. By encouraging 7-Eleven and Lotons to work together, everyone gets a faster and more precise stocktake.

Lotons once again congratulate these winners and hope to see a similar high standard at next year's awards.
